No, for H compressibility factor is greater than 1. if compressibilty factor is greater than 1, it represents the molecules have a very minimal force of attraction and majorly repulsive forces dominate. But, as we decrease the temperature, the attractions will start coming in the picture, thus, making z less than 1.
