In ICl2- , central atom I has sp3d hybridization where 2 Cl occupy both axial positions, hence linear.
Structure of I3- is similar to that of first one, just the 2 Cl atoms are replaced by 2 I atoms.
In N3- , hyb. of N is sp and hence it is linear.
ClO2 is sp3 hyb. and hence non linear.
Hence I,II,and III are linear. You can search google for images of geometry as there is no option to insert images here.
