Dear student
The reaction of an acid and a base is called Neutralization reaction.
In this option C ,

N a O H ( s ) + H C l ( a q ) → N a C l ( s ) + H 2 O ( a q )

This is neutralization reaction , because NaOH is base and Hcl is acid.
Good Luck
