When the sub shell of the atom is fully filled then why the inner fully filled subshell electron repulse the valency electrons. As the fully filled subshell will repulse each other

Each shell hs some energy to tarnsmit and absorb.
The inner orbitals shells have lower energy as compare to the outer shells.
All the subshells therby have defined from nohr's postulate as K,L,M,N,.....
So repulsion is obvous would be there as on exceeding the energy level an atom can excite or absorb in its own way.
