For isoelectronic species ionic size is directly proportional to (charge on anion)/(charge on cation) or simply calculate e/z ratio and that will give you the answer as
Mg2+
You can also think this logically as electron is added the new electron is repelled by the existing electrons and the size increases. Similarly when an electron is removed the nucleus attracts the remaining electron with greater force and the size decreases.

Mg+2,Na+,F-,O-2,N-3 are isoelectronic species having 10 electrons
On moving N-3 to mg +2  positive charge increase 
More the positive charge smaller the ionic radius
So order of ionic radius is 
             Mg+2

1+ charge means losing an electron which automatically reduces the size of the element and in 1- charge it means gaining an electron which increases the size of the element.                                          hence the order in increasing ionic radii is                                                                                               Mg+2,Na+,F-,O-2,N-3
