Look. Nitrogen family consists of N, P, As, Sb, Bi.
For comparison of melting points, you must be knowing the concept of Z effective or the effective nuclear charge! This group's general configuration is s2p3. This clearly means that the more number of p electrons will shield the outermost electrons properly! So Zeff trend becomes like this:-
N>P>As>Sb≈Bi
Since, melting point is directly proportional to Zeff, hence, melting point trend will be as follows:-
N>P>As>Sb≈Bi
