Order of bond angle: CCl4>SiCl4>GeCl4>SnCl4 Because the B-A-B bond angle decrease with decrease of electronegativity or with the increase of size of central atom A.

Bro,
Bond angle usually decreases down the group. So the correct order will be :
CCl4>SiCl4>GeCl4>SnCl4.
Order for bond angle halides of nitrogen family is also same because X-A-X bond angle decreases down the group!
