total volume will turn to be 30 ml
moles of HCN originally are 4 milimoles
moles of NaOH originally are 2 milimoles

after mixing
moles of NaCN will be 2 milimoles
remaining moles of HCN will be 2 milimoles

now solve the question as buffer solution
