The answer is SF4.
Its because here S has 6 valence electrons, out of which 4 electrons make covalent bonds combining with 4 F atoms(which provides 1 Electron each) and remaining 2 electrons in S act as lone pair. So , S has total of 10 electrons around it (4 its own + 4 F electrons + 2 non bonding electrons that is lone pair of electrons)

SF4 have SP3d hybridization ..S have 6 valance electrons and attached with 4 F atoms by covalent bond it means 4 valance electrons of S participate in covalent bond formation and remaining 2 present as lone pair....so number of electrons by which central atom is  surrounded= 6(valance electron of central atom) + 4 (acquired by F )= 10 electrons....
Sulfur tetrafluoride has 10 electrons around the central sulfur atom. This means there are five electron pairs arranged in an trigonal bipyramidal shape
