The bond between B and O is co ordinate covalent bond. I think BF3 is electrophile so it accepts lone pair of O. Now as the bond b/w B and O is formed from contribution of electron from oxygen only not B so it is cordinate bond

Boron is electron deficient and oxygen is electron rich , so bond between them is coordinate covalent bond. Coordinate bond is formed between Lewis acid and Lewis base.

Here the bond formed co-ordinate bond  Also, called as dative bond. Boron is electron  deficient whereas oxygen has 6 valance electrons!
