First ind the oxidation numebr for Cu that is here => +2 as NH3 has zero charge considered.
Now the coordination number for the central atom Cu is 6.
Which eventually defines that it has an Octahedral geometry.

C.N no.is 6 so it should be octahedral but due toh to John teller distortion it's geometry will be te tetragonally distorted octahedral
