When a neutral atom gains an electron to become an anion (-ve ion), its radiusincreases. ... It is also expected that the size of the ions decreases in an isoelectronicseries with increase in nuclear charge. The evaluation of ionic radii is different from that of atomic radii.

more the positive charge less the radii, 
More the negative charge , more the radii
