Dear Student,
oxides, containing oxide particles, O 2−, (b) peroxides, containing peroxide particles, O 2 2−, which contain oxygen-oxygen covalent single bonds, and (c) superoxides, containing superoxide particles, O 2 −, which additionally have oxygen-oxygen covalent bonds.
Cheers!!
