In Coordination chemistry, NH3 is regarded as a ligand which helps in pairing only in Co+3 and Fe+3 ions.Hence {Co(NH3)6}+3 is diamagnetic.

Hybridisation : 
 
Electronic configuration of Co ----> Ar[18] 3d4s2
Electronic configuration of Co3+  ------>  Ar[18] 3d5
 
Since NH3 is a srong field ligand so pairing of electrons will happen.
 Hybridisation :   d2sp3
