actually  in PCl5 . hybridisation of PCl5 is sp3d. ( as all the electrons of P are used in bonding and no lone pairs are available) its structure is trigonal bi pyramidal. the two axial bond and 3 equitorial bond. axial bonds get more repulsion so they are longer than equitorial. u can see the structure.

PCl5 has the sp3d hybridization geomtery in which two Cl atoms are at vertical position top and bottom that is axially attached. Rest three atoms are located at equitorial positions which are same in length.
Henc axial Cl atoms bond lengths are longer in length
