Manganise have unusual crystal structure 
Thats why though manganese have more freee e it has low atomisation energy and  binding energy

Manganese has 5 unpaired es and binding energy is directly proportional to free es but Mangenese has still low binding energy the reason is that due to stable electronic configuration of Mangenese 4s2 3d5 it will not easily lose its electrons so the es of MN will not be readily available that's why it has low Binding energy..
