ANSWER 1 :
its a fact that weakest acids  have strongest conjugate base ,
if you add H- atom to each base the acids are  HNO3 , HCl, H2SO4  AND CH3COOH
we know,
CH3COOH is the weakest acid hence ,its conjugate base is strongest
