Since the options are not given, I am giving a general and an assumed answer.
The correct answer may be - [CrCl₂(H₂O)₅]Cl.H₂O.
Since the question says that AgNO₃ has been used to precipitate 1 mol of AgCl, it means that 1 Chlorine atom has been removed from the formed coordination compound. Therefore, that one Cl atom will remain outside the coordination bracket.

But there are only 4 H2O in the compound given. How have you obtained the extra water molecules? Plus it doesn't match the answer.
