In case metallurgy is your cup of tea, please go ahead with M.Tech(Metallurgy) with more than 65% and you could get placed in govt sectors like BSNL, BHEL, DRDO, Steel plant, ONGC, etc.
As a materials engineer, you could create your material with own mixture of metals and mixtures as per the current industry standards.
Starting your own business or a consultant role also would be ideal after higher education in metallurgy or material engineering.
