To prepare for jee first you need to study atleast 6 hours a day of self study in which you can given 2 hours ton each subject.
in this 2hours you can divide 1hr or 45mins to study notes and revising formula and reading theory for remaining 1:15 hrs go for solving numericals.
now accroding to routine of your school or coaching you can adjust time. I would highly recommend you to wake up early in morning and then study you can sleep at 11:30 in night and wake at 5:30 in the morning
