The formula for volume of cylinder is:
The volume of cylinder = vπr2
Following are the calculations for percentage error in volume.
Δv/v x 100 = 2Δr / r x 100 + ΔI / I x 100
               = (2 x 0.01 / 2.0  x 100 + 0.1 / 5.0 x 100)  
              = ( 1 + 2)
             = 3 %
Thus the percentage erroe in calculated volume of cylinder  is 3%.
