The correct option is (b)2C.This as , the potential energy across the third capacitor will be zero as , its ends are connected by a single wire.For the rest of the two capacitors it is clear that they are in parallel combination here , the capacitance is obtained as followsCeq=C1+C2 = C+C=2C

(option B)Third resistor get short circuit due to both ends at same potential.While other to now can be seen in parallel hence the equivalent is equal to 2C

its a nicequestion the answer is 2c
there willbe nopotiential in 3rd  capacitor
so c+c=2c
