yes , its possible . as u are a dropper , then it will be easy for u to prepare . u knows nearly all the besic concepts,, the only thing that u requires is that practice some more ques and revise all the concepts that u have studied , in these 2 years . 
u can do the following things in 6 mnths . 
1- go with ncert for chemistry , if u think u missed something from it . 
2- regularly practice with ques as much as possible , but dnt leave out any single day . 
3- take all india test series at regular interval , so, that u can keep track of your score . 
4- focus on those area in which u did mistake in jee 2016 exam . 
START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE , the time are already in motion .
