Well, it would be better if right now you focus more on IIT. And it would be great if you complete your 8^th grade syllabus asap and start with your ninth grade syllabus before you even reach ninth. Carry on the same in ninth. Study for 10^th in 9^th and for 11^th in 10^th and for 12^th in 11^th itself. At the end, you will have sufficient time for tremendous practices you need for IIT.

That's a long time goal.

For now you can just concentrate on doing basics strong.

Try for olympiads. All 3 of them related to JEE.
