It has been gievn in the national papers that there exists no separate exams for IITs and NITs from 2013. And, JEE-main and JEE-advanced exams will be conducted to grant admissions to these colleges where the board exam marks are also counted. My doubt is, is it the percentage of marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Math alone are taken into consideration or the entire set of optional subjects and languages that one appears for . Please reply at the earliest.
