i think cutoff will not vary much this year.

by taking precentage ratios the cutoff of this year as per the cutoff of last year is 195 marks.

i advice you to find your equivalent marks getting from 480 and can expect your rank around that.

for detailed cutoffs check any jee site ine section "data of earlier jee"

and opening n closing ranks.
