Yes The IIT And AIEEE Are going to be merged together into a common enterence test known as ISEET from 2013

As of now the marks weightage is 40% Intermediete marks, 30% maths physics chemistry(based on your performence in ISEET) 30% aptitude(logical reasoning)

So I recommend you to give more importance to Intermediete and aptitude(logical reasoning)

as they constitute 70% and generally every year the IIT JEE topper scores not more than 80 %
