water is a very light molecule and even if flows rapidly with some amount of viscocity as well , 
in most of the liquids viscocity increase by increase the pressure beacuse the amount of free volume in the internal structure dec rease due to compression . 
consecutivly , the moilecule can move less freely and the internal friction force increase .
