Taking ln
ln p + 2 ln v = ln k
Now differentiate w.r.t. to self
 
dp/p + 2 dv/v = dk/k
For percentage-
dp/p *100 + 2 dv/v * 100 = dk/k * 100
5 + 2 *2.5 = dk/k* 100
dk/k *100 = 10
 
Hence error in k = 10%
