There is nothing like zero gravity. The appropriate term we use for so called ‘zero gravity’ is micro-gravity. 
Gravity is everywhere in our universe. Gravity exists between the Sun and the farthest planet-Neptune, in our solar system. So there is no point in saying that astronauts feel zero gravity in ISS. 
For your, the answer is no
