for minimum jumps, it must have maximum range in each jump. so angle will be 450.
range= [u2sin(2theta)]/g
putting the values: range = 0.4m   (taking g=10m/sec2)
let number of jumps be n.
0.4 n=5
n=12.5
so it must have 13 jumps
