To come to a common temperature, First of all the ice will come to 0 degrees
heat=m*s*change in temp=2000 joules
then the ice will melt
heat=m*latent heat of fusion= 1670 joules
therefore now water at 0 degrees will gain heat and water at 30 degrees will lose heat. and according to the conservation of heat we can calculate the common temperature.
