you can get dual degree(Msc+BE).BE=B.tech.BE will be alloted to you on the basis of your performance in your first year of college i.e. your CGPA.At BITS Goa if you get 7.5,you will get CS at the end of first year.Mech at 6.7 and electronics at 6.00.Take Msc Bio or Msc Chemistry at BITS Goa or Hyderabad.
