Circular motion is periodic, but it is nor osscillatory motion. In the case of a pendulum describing a circumference you can analyze it mathematically considering it is performing two similtaneous harmonic motions: one along the x axis and the other along the y axis. the motions are pi/2 out of phase and the amplitude of each will be the radius of the circle, which in this case is 10 cm.
