The thermometer A which is painted black will show a high temperature that is more than that of thermometer B.

b.) Hence, we can conclude that the dull black surface is a good absorber of heat than any bright shiny surface. 

Any dark colour is a good radiator of heat and hence will become hotter than the other one.
