sir i got 194 / 360 in jee mains and i got 93.80% in cbse board 2015. Which NIT’s or IIIT’s i will be able to get ??? What will be my normalized score?? i m getting around 170 in jee advance , will i be able to get into any iit ?? will i be able to get MNIT allahabad (computer science or electronics) ?

your normalized score would be around 183.
your rank will be around 14k

At IITs it may be an easy sailing but i am a little apprehensive about NIT, anyway you better visit the official website of the NIT and make out what is the cutoff list and accordingly you may get to know whether you are in or out. I can suggest some other better options as well –
