Moment of inertia ( I ) for solid sphere = 2/5 MR2
Then ( I ) for hollow sphere = 2/3 MR2
By comparing these: I for solid sphere is lesser then I for hollow sphere.

Moment of inertia of  solid sphere A is 2/5 Mr^2
about  diameter is 2/10 Mr^2
Moment of inertia of hollow sphere B  about diameter 2/6MR^2
hence Ia/Ib=3r/5R
