Work done by rotating electric dipole = -pEs[cos@]0180  = 0 .

work done in rotating electric dipole = pE\int_{o}^{180}sin\Thetad\Theta
W = -pE[cos\Theta]0180 = -pE(-1-1) = 2pE.
