The volage across 2\muF capacitor = 24\muC/2\muF = 12 V.
So voltage across 6\muF capacitor = 18 – 12 = 6V
So charge on 6\muF capacitor = 6*6 = 36\muC
So charge on C capacitor = 36 – 24 = 12\muC
So value of C = 12\muC/12V = 1\muF.
