```							At steady state both the capacitors would behave as open circuit.Hence the two resitances would be in series, the voltage flowing in them would be:V5ohm = (5/(5+4))*2 => 10/9 VV4ohm = 2 – 10/9 => 8/9 V Since the capacitors are in parallel with the resistances they would have same voltage across them.Energy stored across 5 uF => 0.5*5*(8/9)^2Energy across 4uF => 0.5*4*(10/9)^2 Ratio => (5*(8/9)^2)/(4*(10/9)^2)        => 8/10       => 4/5
