What is the ratio of energies stored in capacitors 5 microfarad and 4 microfarad at staedy state?

At steady state both the capacitors would behave as open circuit.
Hence the two resitances would be in series, the voltage flowing in them would be:
V5ohm = (5/(5+4))*2 => 10/9 V
V4ohm = 2 – 10/9 => 8/9 V
 
Since the capacitors are in parallel with the resistances they would have same voltage across them.
Energy stored across 5 uF => 0.5*5*(8/9)^2
Energy across 4uF => 0.5*4*(10/9)^2
 
Ratio => (5*(8/9)^2)/(4*(10/9)^2)
        => 8/10
       => 4/5
