The amount of negative charge that must be removed = -2.4CWe know that 1 electron carries a charge of 1.6 *10^-19 .So let`s say no of electrons is x.1.6*10^-19 *x = 2.4So we get x= 1.5 * 10^19 electronsHope this helps!!
