Always remember in this case that the half of the total charges will be at the oute surface of the  plates
i.e = -q/2
so inside of first plate charge is  = 5q/2    and inside of the second plate is -5q/2
THis should be because of induction.
now you calculate electric field   = \frac{5q}{A\epsilon }
