\hat{r} = r/|r| = (1.2\hat{i} – 1.6\hat{j})/2 = 0.6\hat{i} – 0.8\hat{j}

E = KQ\hat{r}/r2
E = 9*109*(-8*10-9)*(0.6\hat{i} – 0.8\hat{j})/4
E = 18( - 0.6\hat{i} + 0.8\hat{j}) N/C
