How do we find the potential at any point on the surface of a charged conducting sphere when a charge q is given to the sphere and a point charge Q is already present x distance away from the sphere of radius R where x >R ?

The potential can be easily found using the formula ,kq1q2/r, and potential due to the distant charge.
