When two resistors are parallel to each other, Voltage accross them are equal.
Heat generated in time t = Power x t
Here,
Power = \frac{V^{2}}{R}
Therefore the heat produced in the resistors will have a ratio of inverse of their resistances.
Hence 
Ratio of heat produced in r1 to r2 is r2:r1
