In this question just apply the symmetry condition , the lower part o the circuit overlp with the upper part. so overlap it, now the resistance will be overlapped and come in parllel, so the resistance is halfed. 

After careful observation you will see that one terminal is forming a brge, that bridge will cancel out. 

so current lowing in circuit = 2 amp, and power will be equal to 10 watt in PQ .
