u knw the expression of drift velocity in terms of Electric field,,, i.e, v = eEz / m....... and u knw that electric field, E = potential difference * length of a conductor......  therefore if u increase the p.d then e.f will increase which will lead to increase in drift velocity
 
Hence option B is correct
