i = (0.5) sin (314 t + 60\degree ) mA
Peak value of ac current means maximum value of  i = (0.5) sin (314 t + 60\degree ) mA, which occurs when
sin (314 t + 60\degree ) is maximum. We know that maximum value of sine function is 1.
\therefore peak value of current is i0 = (0.5) . 1 mA = 0.5 mA
