Dear student 
Appy symmetry conditon , 
Then the midd le 4 capacitor will come in series 
And teir equivalent capacitace = C/4 
it will be in prallel to C/ 2 
so theirs Ceq = 3C/4 
Again it is in series with C 
So, finally ¼ C and ½ C will come in parallel 
So, Ceq =  ¾ C ,
