given        : r=0.75m , g=9.8m/s
To find      : vH ,  w(angular speed)
Formula    :  vH2=rg         wH=vH/r
Calculation:  vH2=o.75 * 9.8
                        =2.711m/s
                   wH=2.711/0.75
                        =3.615r ad/s
